ROLE IMPACT
As a key member of the call center Pharmacy Team, the Customer Service Representative ensures exceptional support to healthcare providers and patients by coordinating prescription shipments and maintaining accurate patient records. This role directly contributes to patient satisfaction and medication adherence, supporting better health outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer inbound calls and deliver clear, accurate information to patients and healthcare providers
• Conduct outbound calls to collect details required for prescription coordination
• Schedule and confirm medication deliveries with precision
• Update and maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient service delivery
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong phone communication skills and customer service mindset
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy workflows

• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and reach outward frequently
• Capable of pushing/pulling and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
