Location: Irving, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $18.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 10:30am–7:00pm (Training: 9:00am–6:00pm)

ROLE IMPACT
Join Pharmacy team and help ensure patients receive the medications they need by coordinating timely and accurate shipments of specialty prescriptions. As a Customer Service Representative, your ability to communicate clearly and efficiently will directly support patient care and healthcare provider satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer inbound calls and provide accurate, empathetic responses to patients and providers
• Make outbound calls to gather prescription information and coordinate refills
• Schedule medication deliveries and ensure accuracy in communication and record keeping
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years in customer service or call center role preferred
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
• Familiarity with HIPAA and related compliance standards
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Multi-line phone systems
• CRM and/or EMR platforms
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel)
• Typing assessment software
• HIPAA-compliant systems
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Professional office environment
• Requires sitting, standing, walking, and reaching frequently
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare call center
• Knowledge of specialty medications and delivery scheduling
