ROLE IMPACT
This role ensures seamless administrative operations for senior leadership by coordinating schedules, travel, and high-level communications. Success is measured by the ability to proactively manage executive needs and support internal and external engagements with professionalism and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and reservations for senior executives
• Organize and support executive meetings, including multi-party scheduling and logistics
• Prepare, edit, and format business presentations, letters, memos, and mass communications
• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism in the executive office
• Maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience supporting senior-level executives in an administrative role
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and business needs
