Position Details

• Job Title: Night Dispatch

• Schedule: Midnight – 8 AM (Nights & Weekends)

• Pay: $20.00/hour

• Location: Fort Worth, TX

What You’ll Do

• Dispatching & Coordination: Assign jobs and routes to drivers, technicians, and staff based on priority, availability, and location. Keep everything on track with real-time updates.

• Emergency Response: Be the go-to contact for urgent after-hours calls. Handle emergencies with quick decision-making and clear documentation.

• Monitoring & Reporting: Track vehicles, job statuses, and performance using dispatch software and GPS. Provide accurate reports for morning handoff.

• Communication: Stay in constant, professional contact with field staff, clients, and supervisors via phone, radio, and messaging systems.

• Problem Solving: Tackle scheduling conflicts, reroute as needed, and address delays, incidents, or client concerns head-on.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in transportation, trucking, or a related industry

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to stay cool under pressure
