COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $18.00/hour
• Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7:00pm
• W2, full-time
• Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
ROLE IMPACT
This role ensures timely and accurate scheduling of specialty medication shipments, directly supporting patient health outcomes and satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative serves as a central point of communication between healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams—ensuring service excellence in a regulated healthcare environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to coordinate patient medication orders
• Confirm and schedule prescription deliveries with precision
• Accurately update and maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery
• Demonstrate proactive communication and ownership in all interactions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience (preferred)
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM
• Strong verbal communication and customer-first mindset
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Multi-line phone systems
• HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping platforms
• Data entry and scheduling systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy operations
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology
• Experience with HIPAA-regulated environments
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Onsite professional office setting
• Requires ability to sit, stand, walk, and reach frequently
• Must be able to push/pull and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
