• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• W2, Full-Time

ROLE IMPACT
The Administrative Clerk supports the purchasing department by ensuring timely processing of purchase orders, vendor communication, and documentation management. This role helps maintain procurement accuracy and vendor satisfaction, contributing directly to operational continuity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with the creation, dispatch, and closing of purchase orders
• Communicate with vendors regarding payments, quotes, and delivery timelines
• Support contract renewal processes and purchasing-related tasks
• Attend purchasing meetings and document action items
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of administrative experience
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Purchasing or procurement experience preferred

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Vendor Management or ERP systems (preferred)

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Familiarity with procurement workflows
• Experience coordinating with vendors
• Exposure to contract administration
