• Full-time, 8-hour shifts

ROLE IMPACT
As a Picker/Packer supporting service operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate product distribution to field technicians. Success in this role is defined by consistent attendance, reliable output, and a proactive team attitude.
KEY DUTIES
• Pull and prepare materials for department service techs according to work orders
• Maintain organized inventory and accurate counts
• Walk warehouse floor throughout shift to complete pick routes
• Lift and move packages up to 40 lbs. throughout shift
• Support team in meeting daily fulfillment goals
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and walk/stand for 8-hour shifts
• Steel-toed boots required & HS Diploma or GED
• Strong attendance record and reliability
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Steel-toed boots (required)
• Frequent walking and standing
• Repetitive lifting and movement of packages
• Indoor warehouse environment
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience
• Familiarity with inventory systems or handheld scanners
• Experience supporting service teams or field operations
