COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $35 – $40/hour (W2)
• Standard business hours; CST preferred
• Contract: 09/22/2025 – 03/21/2026 (possible extension)

ROLE IMPACT
This role supports the Rare Disease Business Unit by managing purchase orders, tracking OPEX, and conducting variance analysis. The Finance Senior Associate will play a vital role in quarterly close processes, ensuring financial accuracy and strong budget management. Success will be defined by precise execution, detail orientation, and strong collaboration with brand and department teams to keep financial operations aligned with business priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Complete and manage the purchase order process, including requisitions and invoice tracking
• Partner with department leaders to develop quarterly and annual financial targets
• Track spend against budget and highlight potential deviations from targets
• Maintain and enhance budgeting tools to drive continuous process improvement
• Prepare and deliver monthly expense reporting to budget and marketing leads
• Serve as the primary point of contact for budget-related questions and issues

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience OR Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Hyperion for reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and business partnering abilities

• OPEX management and variance analysis experience
