Location: Fort Worth, TX 76164 | Onsite


Compensation & Schedule

  • $22–24/hr

  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare documentation to form corporations and open retirement plan accounts (EINs, Articles of Incorporation, plan docs, stock certificates)

  • Coordinate communication with clients and financial institutions; return client calls/emails on behalf of team

  • Educate clients on funding, rollover processes, basic plan responsibilities, and regulatory obligations

  • Facilitate smooth asset transfers, timely rollovers, and stock issuance in compliance with IRS/ERISA requirements

  • Manage document flow, ensure accurate client deliverables, and support plan-specific circumstances (e.g., Control Group, HCE, RMD)

  • Track project milestones, update stakeholders, and proactively troubleshoot to maintain timelines

  • Refer clients to preferred service providers and support internal compliance efforts

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years in administrative, financial services, or retirement plan processing preferred (Assistant requires no direct experience)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and client support skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy and urgency


Core Tools & Systems 

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Plan Document Generation System

  • CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce or similar)

  • Internal portals for account opening and compliance tracking


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ROBS or 401(k) business funding structures

  • Exposure to plan design elements and IRS compliance

  • Experience working across internal teams to manage client-facing processes
