REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 1 year experience as a case aide or in social services/intake support preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and de-escalate challenging situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in residential treatment settings
• Familiarity with social service regulations and procedures
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

 

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • $15.75/hr

  • Schedule:

    • 6AM – 2:30PM, Friday to Sunday

  • W2, Possible Temp To Hire

  • Onsite

ROLE IMPACT

  • Support a residential substance abuse treatment program by delivering critical daily oversight and client interaction

  • Ensures client safety, promotes emotional stability, and aids in the development of life management skills, directly impacting client rehabilitation and program outcomes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide daily supervision, monitoring, and support services to clients
• Conduct crisis intervention counseling as needed
• Guide individuals and groups in developing life management skills
• Maintain an emotionally and physically supportive environment
• Communicate relevant client information to the Director of Social Services

• Client intake and case documentation systems
• Crisis intervention frameworks
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Internal reporting platforms
• Basic email and scheduling tools
