Customer Service Representative
LaVergne, TN | Hybrid (2–3 days onsite during training, 1 mandatory day per month onsite after)
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $20 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:30pm, no weekends or major holidays
• W2, contract assignment with potential for full-time hire
• 4–6 weeks in-office/classroom training before going live
ROLE IMPACT
The Customer Service Representative supports internal and external clients by delivering timely and professional assistance. Success in this role is defined by effective communication, consistent problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Representatives will cross-train across multiple functions to provide comprehensive support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues within company policy
• Communicate information clearly through phone, email, and written correspondence
• Maintain professionalism when managing challenging situations or individuals
• Operate standard office technology and customer service platforms
• Identify and escalate process improvement opportunities
• Ensure attendance and punctuality requirements are met
• Collaborate with peers and management while working independently as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate’s degree preferred
• 1+ years’ experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Must live within 70 miles of the LaVergne office

• Standard office systems (phones, copiers, fax machines)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical products
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
