COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay range: $16–$18 BOE
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 Am–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00pm (dependent on shipments)
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm, W2
ROLE IMPACT
This position supports the client’s IT servicing operations by ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and quality control of materials. Success in this role is measured by timely order processing, adherence to quality standards, and maintaining an organized warehouse flow.
KEY DUTIES
• Perform daily shipping and receiving functions including verification of shipments and documentation
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure accuracy and condition
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and storage locations
• Coordinate with team members to meet delivery deadlines and service requirements
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards within the warehouse environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year warehouse shipping and receiving experience
• Quality control experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Consistent and reliable attendance history
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Standard warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, labeling systems)
• Physical requirements: standing/walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Fast-paced warehouse setting with fluctuating workload based on shipments
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in IT hardware handling or electronics inventory
• Familiarity with basic inventory management software
