Location DFW, TX | Hybrid
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $40–$50/hour (W2 contract)
• 2–3 month assignment
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
ROLE IMPACT
The Product Associate (Business Analyst) plays a pivotal role in product development, launch, and ongoing operations within a fast-paced healthcare innovation team. This position supports the execution of product roadmaps, monitors performance metrics, and ensures smooth product delivery while driving improvements to enhance the customer experience. Success in this role is defined by the ability to troubleshoot challenges, translate data into actionable insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring customer-centered healthcare solutions to market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor product performance, track OKRs, and analyze competitive environment to inform strategy
• Troubleshoot and resolve product, technology, or application issues impacting customer experience
• Participate in agile teams, develop user stories, and support sprint planning and execution
• Build workflows, scripts, and data processes to support product development and reporting
• Support stakeholder engagement, project management, and risk mitigation activities
• Collaborate with Product Manager on roadmap execution, vision alignment, and stakeholder communications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Product Associate, or similar role
• Strong skills in data analysis, program/project management, and workflow documentation
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Prior experience in a healthcare organization or health-related startup
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Agile/Scrum frameworks (Jira, Rally, or similar)
• Data reporting and workflow automation tools (SQL, Excel, scripting)
• Product lifecycle management tools
• MS Office Suite and presentation platforms
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of payer, provider, or digital health models
• Demonstrated ability to capture and organize insights that drive product decisions
• Strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset
