Patient Services Representative
Location: Cary, NC | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $20.40/hour
• Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• W2
ROLE IMPACT
As a Patient Services Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring patients receive timely, accurate, and supportive assistance with their prescription-related needs. From coordinating deliveries to clarifying payment details, you’ll be a key point of contact helping to create a positive, efficient service experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to prescriptions, deliveries, and payment coordination
• Provide direct support or escalate inquiries to appropriate clinical personnel
• Accurately document patient interactions and update internal records for workflow visibility
• Verify insurance coverage, respond to invoice requests, and relay refill information
• Recognize and escalate adverse events or product issues to the clinical team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center or patient-facing support role
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
• Able to type a minimum of 30 WPM
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication
