ROLE IMPACT
This role supports patients by managing non-clinical inquiries and ensuring seamless coordination of prescription deliveries and payments. As a front-line representative, you’ll drive patient satisfaction, maintain accurate records, and support safe, efficient service workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to prescription delivery, payments, and refill coordination
• Address patient inquiries or escalate issues to clinical staff as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and update progress notes
• Verify insurance coverage and process invoice and payment requests
• Report adverse events and product concerns to clinical support teams

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year in a high-volume call center or similar patient support environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Clear written and verbal communication

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Outlook

• CRM or patient service platforms
• Call handling software
• Prescription and patient record systems

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in pharmacy or healthcare support roles
• Familiarity with HIPAA or patient confidentiality protocols
• Conflict resolution in fast-paced service settings
