Compensation & Schedule
• $20.40/hour
• Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• W2

ROLE IMPACT
This position is vital to ensuring timely, accurate, and compassionate support for patients navigating prescription services. As a key point of contact, you’ll handle critical administrative tasks and communication touchpoints, supporting continuity of care and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls regarding prescriptions, delivery timelines, and payments
• Escalate clinical questions, adverse events, or complaints appropriately
• Maintain and update patient records and communications for transparency
• Verify insurance, initiate invoice requests, and support refill processing
• Document service progress and ensure accurate workflow communication
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year in a call center or patient-facing support environment
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Teams

• Prior experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
