ROLE IMPACT
As the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, the Receptionist sets the tone for a professional and welcoming office environment. This role supports daily office flow and cross-departmental tasks, contributing to overall organizational efficiency and service quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Support departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document prep
• Coordinate appointments and assist with office-wide projects as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year experience in an office or front-desk role
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Clear background check and drug screen
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Multi-line phone systems
• Office printers and mail processing tools
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal communication
• Customer service experience
• Adaptability to handle fast-paced administrative environments
