• $22.50–$26/hr based on experience
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

ROLE IMPACT
Support a high-volume medical revenue cycle operation as a dual-function specialist across Accounts Receivable (AR) and Benefits Verification. This role is vital to claim lifecycle performance, ensuring accurate insurance validation and reimbursement for a major upcoming client. Measured outcomes include daily claim throughput, AR resolution efficiency, and clean EOB processing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage AR tasks including claim refiling, payer denial resolution, and queue reconciliation
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits across multiple plans and portals
• Process and report on 35+ claims/day using internal dashboards
• Drive timely invoicing and collections tracking in line with performance benchmarks
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams using Microsoft Teams and regular standups

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience in AR, medical billing, or benefits verification
• Proficient in EOB interpretation, refiling standards, and claims lifecycle management
• Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Proven ability to self-manage in a remote, high-volume work environment
