Job Title: Real Estate Litigation Attorney
Location: Hybrid – Texas-based | Remote + In-Office Flexibility
Compensation: $160,000–$265,000/year DOE + Bonus Potential
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Hours | 4 Weeks PTO + Firm Holidays

What You’ll Be Doing
• Oversee complex litigation from intake to trial and appeals
• Conduct legal research, draft motions and persuasive filings
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials
• Build case strategies with a client-first mindset
• Negotiate resolutions and settlements where appropriate
Requirements to be eligible to apply:
• Texas-barred attorney in good standing
• Minimum 6 years of litigation experience, ideally with a focus in insurance or real estate law
• Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills
• Proven success in depositions, courtroom proceedings, and client interactions
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage a full caseload independently
