Automotive Case Support Specialist
Location Irvine, CA | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $23/hour
• Full-time, standard business hours
• W2, temporary assignment

ROLE IMPACT

This role supports a leading automotive group in resolving complex warranty and consumer protection cases, ensuring fairness, compliance, and exceptional service. You’ll play a hands-on role in preparing cases that drive legal and business decisions while helping customers navigate sensitive issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and issue acknowledgment letters for consumer protection cases
• Collect and organize repair orders, invoices, and supporting documents from dealerships
• Accurately enter case and repair history data into internal systems
• Distribute cases to regional and legal teams for next-step action
• Coordinate documentation and follow-ups with case managers and leadership
• Partner with dealership staff, field representatives, and technical experts to move cases forward
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer-facing professionalism
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle confidential case information with discretion
• 2+ years of automotive customer service/call center, case management, or administrative support experience
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
• Case management/guest experience platforms
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Knowledge of California Lemon Law or prior legal support background
• Experience in automotive customer relations or call center environments
• Prior dealership or warranty case handling experience
