• High-volume credentialing experience required
• Proficient in MD-Staff software preferred
• CPCS certification preferred
• Reliable transportation required for onsite role

PREFERRED SKILLS
• CPCS certification
• Familiarity with Joint Commission standards
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

 

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • Pay: $30/hr

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM

  • W2

  • Contract, but possible Temp to Hire

ROLE IMPACT

  • Play a pivotal role in supporting high-volume credentialing and administrative functions for a busy hospital environment.

  • Ensures compliance, accuracy, and timely onboarding of medical professionals. There is potential for full-time hire depending on staffing needs post-assignment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage credentialing and re-credentialing of medical staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Maintain and update physician and provider records in MD-Staff
• Coordinate communication between departments regarding staff status
• Support leadership with audits and documentation requests

• MD-Staff
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Hospital credentialing and compliance systems
