ROLE IMPACT
The HR Content Admin/Writer plays a key role in shaping and maintaining a human resources knowledge library used across the organization. This role ensures team members can resolve HR-related inquiries through concise, user-friendly content. Success in this role is defined by clear communication, effective collaboration with subject-matter experts, and the ability to translate complex policies into accessible articles that support high first-contact resolution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Write, revise, and maintain customer-facing HR knowledge articles in alignment with brand and editorial standards
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create and update content across HR categories such as benefits, payroll, policy, and more
• Audit expiring content and optimize articles for SEO and findability within the knowledge platform
• Conduct research, verify sources, and ensure accuracy and consistency across published materials
• Participate in daily content team discussions, offering feedback and contributing to process improvements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–2 years of professional writing, journalism, or content development experience
• Demonstrated ability to write for a broad audience using clear, concise language
• Excellent grammar, proofreading, and analytical skills
• Proven interest or experience in human resources, training, or internal communications

• SEO optimization tools (Yoast, SEMrush, or similar)

• Communication tools (Slack, Outlook)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Journalism or research background with strong storytelling abilities
• Experience writing training materials or HR-facing content
