Bilingual Dispatcher / Operations Support
Location Arlington, TX 76016 | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $20/hr
• Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm (1-hour lunch); may shift to 7:00am–4:00pm post-training based on business needs
• W2 employment
ROLE IMPACT
This role ensures efficient coordination of dispatch operations, contributing to timely order execution and strong carrier relationships. Success in this position is defined by your ability to juggle multiple systems, communicate effectively with drivers and vendors, and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude under pressure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Enter and manage transportation orders using internal systems or TMS platforms
• Coordinate dispatch activities and communicate with drivers to ensure load fulfillment
• Assist in carrier outreach and truck scheduling, including rate negotiation support
• Monitor ongoing deliveries and address real-time logistics issues
• Support broader operations team with data entry, follow-ups, and general multitasking
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year of experience in dispatching, order entry, or transportation support
• Strong multitasking and computer skills
• REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Customer-service mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Email and phone-based communication platforms
• Order entry and tracking tools
• Internal CRM or logistics platforms
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience speaking directly with drivers or logistics vendors
• Exposure to freight or carrier negotiation
• Prior experience in a fast-paced dispatch or logistics role
