Compensation & Schedule
• $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday, shifts between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
• Full-time, W2

ROLE IMPACT: This role ensures patients receive timely access to prescribed medications by supporting pharmacy operations, insurance verification, and prior authorization processes. Success is defined by accuracy in claim handling, effective patient communication, and seamless collaboration with physicians, payors, and internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage inbound calls from patients, clients, physicians, and payors regarding patient updates and pharmacy services
• Verify insurance coverage, process pharmacy claims, and interpret claim responses
• Enter and maintain communication records in pharmacy management systems (MIS)
• Triage prescriptions to preferred pharmacies or HUB providers as needed
• Report adverse events and product complaints to clinical staff
• Support projects such as annual insurance reverification and other assigned tasks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–2 years of pharmacy, healthcare, or prior authorization experience
• Strong background in customer service with proven communication skills
• Knowledge of pharmacy claims processing and insurance verification

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Pharmacy Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Insurance verification platforms
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Call center or CRM systems

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in specialty pharmacy or biologics support
• Familiarity with HUB service coordination
• Desire to grow into a long-term career opportunity with potential for permanent hire
