• Mon–Fri 7:30AM–5:00PM, rotating Saturday shifts

ROLE IMPACT
As a Bilingual Collections Representative, you will serve as a frontline liaison between the client and Spanish- and English-speaking customers, ensuring efficient and professional resolution of outstanding accounts. Success in this role is defined by high call performance, adherence to compliance protocols, and effective communication with diverse customer populations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make outbound collection calls to customers with past due accounts
• Document call activity and update customer records in internal systems
• Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Provide payment options and negotiate repayment plans
• Escalate unresolved issues per department protocols
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• 1+ year call center, outbound collections, or sales experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable with high-volume call environments
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Call center telephony platforms
• CRM or collections software
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Data entry systems
• Email platforms
• Digital payment processing systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior collections experience
• Familiarity with FDCPA or similar compliance standards
• Ability to adapt to new scripts, tools, and team processes
