• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

ROLE IMPACT
The Transportation Document Review Auditor ensures accuracy and compliance across all transportation and shipment documentation. This role is essential in maintaining operational integrity, supporting efficient freight payment processes, and ensuring documentation aligns with company and client standards. Ideal candidates thrive in structured, detail-driven environments where accuracy, consistency, and digital multitasking define success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and verify high volumes of transportation and shipping documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policy standards
• Utilize multiple systems and shared email boxes to sort, categorize, and audit incoming documentation efficiently
• Identify and correct discrepancies through research and coordination with internal operations and vendor support teams
• Maintain organized digital records of document reviews, audit findings, and correction actions
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and internal messaging systems to resolve issues and confirm audit results
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year of experience in document auditing, logistics administration, or data verification roles
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to focus for extended periods in a high-volume, system-driven environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web-based systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Transportation management or document workflow platforms (e.g., MercuryGate, SAP, or similar)
• Shared email inbox management tools and digital file tracking systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in freight payment, logistics auditing, or shipment documentation review
• Familiarity with audit reporting tools or performance tracking dashboards
• Ability to work independently in a focused, metrics-driven environment
