ROLE IMPACT: The Escrow Support Processor plays a critical role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient escrow operations. This position supports multiple escrow branches by processing, imaging, and securing essential documents, facilitating timely closings, and maintaining high-quality control standards across national transactions. Success in this role ensures accurate recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and exceptional internal service to escrow officers and customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process and archive escrow documentation to meet compliance and quality standards
• Coordinate receipt and tracking of lender and buyer funds
• Support escrow officers in fulfilling prior-to-doc conditions and managing closing packets
• Handle HOA demands, process remediation tasks, and other escrow support functions on a national level
• Communicate clearly with escrow branches and customers regarding document or process requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–2 years of escrow, mortgage, title, or related administrative experience
• Strong organizational and document management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in standard office systems (MS Office, imaging/scanning software)
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Document imaging/scanning platforms
• Title and escrow management systems (e.g., SoftPro, ResWare, RamQuest)
• Internal CRM and file management databases
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience supporting multiple escrow branches or high-volume processing environments
• Familiarity with HOA document management and lender funding coordination
• Knowledge of escrow compliance and quality control procedures
