Role Impact
This role supports the daily operations of a busy service center by acting as the primary point of contact for service requests. The Customer Service Representative ensures repair work is accurately documented, invoices are processed correctly, and communication flows smoothly between customers, technicians, and internal teams. Success is defined by timely service coordination, accurate records, and responsive customer support in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Receive and process incoming service requests for repairs and maintenance
• Create, update, and track work orders, service tickets, and related documentation
• Review, process, and reconcile invoices for completed repair work
• Communicate service status updates with customers and internal service staff
• Maintain organized records while working in a service center environment similar to a mechanic shop

• Minimum Qualifications
• Customer service or service coordination experience in a service center, repair shop, or similar environment
• Strong data entry and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in an active service center facility

• Core Tools & Systems
• Service request or work order management systems
• Invoicing and billing software
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Internal ticketing or service tracking platforms

Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting repair, maintenance, or facilities service operations
• Familiarity with invoice reconciliation and service documentation
• Comfortable working around tools, equipment, and shop activity
