Compensation & Schedule
• $18.50–$21.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (business hours)
• Temporary; Part-time to start (minimum 20 hours/week, up to 35 hours/week) with potential transition to full-time

Role Impact
The Development Administrative Coordinator supports corporate partnerships and fundraising operations that advance the organization’s mission and community impact. This role ensures proposals, sponsorship materials, and grant documentation are accurate, compelling, and delivered on time. Success is defined by organized execution, polished external communications, and reliable tracking of fundraising activity that strengthens institutional growth.


Key Responsibilities
• Draft and edit professional correspondence, including sponsor outreach emails, letters of inquiry, and stewardship communications
• Prepare and format corporate sponsorship proposals and executive-level business presentations
• Build high-quality PowerPoint decks for corporate partners and leadership meetings
• Track grants, sponsorships, and fundraising activities using Excel and internal systems (CRM/donor databases)
• Coordinate timelines, submission materials, and documentation across development team members to ensure timely proposal and report completion


Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of administrative, development, or coordinator-level experience (nonprofit experience preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel (data tracking and reporting), PowerPoint (presentation design), and Word (professional document formatting)
• Strong professional writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail


Core Tools & Systems
• Microsoft Excel (data organization, tracking, reporting)
• Microsoft PowerPoint (executive presentation development)
• Microsoft Word (formal document formatting)
• Office 365 collaboration tools
• Internal fundraising or donor management systems (CRM platforms)
• Experience supporting fundraising, corporate partnerships, or grant management processes
• Familiarity with donor stewardship practices and nonprofit development operations
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, visually compelling materials
