Compensation & Schedule
1st Shift

Pay: $17.31/hour

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00am – 6:30pm

• Tuesday – Friday: 10:00am – 7:30pm

• Saturday: 12:00pm – 8:30pm

2nd Shift

Pay: $17.31/hour + $1.00 shift differential
(Total: $18.31/hour)

Schedule:

• Monday: 1:00pm – 11:30pm

• Tuesday – Friday: 2:00pm – 11:30pm
  • Full-time | W2
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs

Role Impact: This role supports the accurate and timely fulfillment of prescription orders to retail pharmacies and end customers. Success is defined by 100% order accuracy, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced, semi-automated production environment. Your work directly supports patient access to critical medications.

Key Responsibilities
• Pack, sort, and ship prescription orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Review computer-generated screens to select correct items for packing and distribution
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and use supported hardware and software systems
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; perform housekeeping and additional assigned duties
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance standards

Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled shift as assigned
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift and lift 20–30 lbs. regularly

Core Tools & Systems
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Barcode scanning equipment
• Semi-automated packing and conveyor systems
• Computer-based order processing systems

Preferred Skills
• Previous pharmacy or healthcare distribution experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Fast-paced production setting
• Mandatory overtime may be required
