ROLE IMPACT
The Information Booth Representative serves as the first point of contact for travelers, creating a welcoming and helpful experience. This role ensures visitors receive accurate directions, resources, and support, contributing to smooth operations and overall customer satisfaction. Success is defined by professionalism, responsiveness, and the ability to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Key Responsibilities
• Greet travelers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding directions, services, and facility resources
• Assist with general inquiries and escalate concerns when appropriate
• Maintain an organized and presentable information booth area
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to support visitor needs
• Minimum Qualifications
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate information systems
• Core Tools & Systems
• Customer information databases
• Email and internal communication platforms
• Standard office equipment (computer, phone, printer)
Preferred Skills
• Bilingual communication skills
• Experience in hospitality, airport, or high-traffic public environments
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
