Customer Research Specialist (CRS)

Compensation & Schedule
• $20.00 per hour
• Full-time hours (schedule to be confirmed)
• W2 contract
• 60-day contract with potential 30-day extensions
Role Impact
The Customer Resolution Specialist (CRS) supports claim operations by resolving customer inquiries, reviewing documentation, and assisting with subrogation-related communication. This role ensures accurate information flow between claimants, internal adjusters, and recovery teams, contributing to faster claim resolution and improved customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding PNC (Property & Casualty) claims
• Assist with documentation review and estimate clarification across multiple platforms
• Support subrogation follow-up and recovery communication
• Maintain accurate claim notes and system updates
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in PNC (Property & Casualty) claims or related insurance environment
• Ability to read and understand repair estimates from multiple estimating systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Core Tools & Systems
• Claims management systems
• Estimate review platforms (e.g., Xactimate or similar)
• Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills
• Prior subrogation support experience
• High-volume call or claims support background
• Strong attention to detail
