Account Servicing Associate
Location Plano, Texas | Hybrid (Must reside in DFW)
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $18.00/hour
• Monday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (schedule assigned by hiring manager)
• W2, Full-Time

ROLE IMPACT
This role supports high-volume banking operations by ensuring loan and lease transactions are processed accurately and on time. Success is defined by precision, productivity, and consistent adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. Your work directly impacts customer accounts, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Key Responsibilities
• Process retail loan and lease payments with a high degree of accuracy
• Manage title processing from onboarding through final release
• Complete back-office functions including escalations, credit disputes, fax processing, and address updates
• Process email requests from call centers and vendors within established SLAs
• Track daily production and workflow tasks in internal systems; participate in QA reviews and support system or process improvement initiatives
• Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of recent experience in banking, insurance, or title processing
• 1+ year of experience working in KPI-driven environments with SLA tracking and documented workflow management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work cross-functionally in structured, deadline-driven settings
• Core Tools & Systems
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Loan servicing and title processing systems
• SLA/KPI tracking and workflow management platforms
• Email and shared mailbox systems
• Quality assurance (QA) review systems
Preferred Skills
• Experience processing retail loan or lease payments
• Familiarity with credit dispute handling and escalations
• Experience supporting system upgrades or operational improvement projects
