REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1+ year of recent customer service experience (collections or accounts receivable preferred)

  • Ability to remain professional, solution-focused, and compliant during difficult conversations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage high call volume

• Email and chat communication tools
• Account tracking and documentation systems

 

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • Up To $19/hr (BOE)

  • Hours:

    • 8-hour shift between 7AM-10PM (start times: 7AM, 8AM, 9AM, or 1PM)

    • MUST be flexible to work up to 2 Saturdays per month

  • Full Time, W2

  • Start Date: 4/6/2026

  • Upon permanent hire:

    • $600 sign-on bonus

    • $350–$400 monthly bonus opportunities

ROLE IMPACT

  • Support customers with past-due auto loan accounts by identifying the cause of delinquency and driving timely resolution

Key Responsibilities
• Manage early-stage and delinquent auto loan collections through inbound and outbound calls
• Negotiate payment arrangements and develop solutions to bring accounts current
• Handle high-volume outbound dialing with inbound call support as needed
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Perform skip tracing (locating customers using available tools and resources) and document all account interactions accurately to meet compliance and performance goals
