Title: Account Servicing Associates
Location: Plano, Tx (Hybrid) – Must live in DFW
Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift: Monday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Specific schedule provided by hiring manager)
What You’ll Be Doing
• Process retail loan and lease payments with precision
• Handle title processing from onboarding through final release
• Manage back-office support tasks including escalations, credit disputes, faxes, and address updates
• Process emails from call centers and vendors in alignment with service level agreements
• Ensure all workflows are completed within established timelines
• Track and enter daily production tasks into internal systems
• Participate in QA assessments—sample work will be graded to maintain performance standards
• Support special projects such as system upgrades and process improvements
Requirements
• 2+ years recent years in banking (check posting a plus), insurance, or title processing roles
• 1+ years’ experience with service level tracking and KPI accountability
• 2+ years’ experience logging and tracking daily workflow tasks
• Familiarity with QA review environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Great job stability – no job hoppers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
