Role Impact The Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist provides hands-on recruiting and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a streamlined and efficient hiring process. This role drives candidate engagement, supports high-volume requisitions, and maintains accurate recruitment data to enable timely hiring decisions. Success is defined by delivering a positive candidate experience, maintaining compliance, and supporting recruiters in meeting hiring goals.


Key Responsibilities
• Support recruiters with active requisitions, including candidate review, dispositioning, and pipeline management.
• Conduct high-volume phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and interest.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communications to ensure an efficient hiring process.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system, including job postings, candidate tracking, and requisition updates.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and ad hoc recruiting projects while supporting high-volume hiring needs.


Minimum Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support.
• Experience conducting phone screens and supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting high-volume or operational recruiting environments.
• Prior contract recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience.
• Familiarity with corporate hiring processes and compliance standards.
