Location: Irving, Texas

Pay Rate: $30 an hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday; Two Shifts Available

• 5:00am-1:30pm PST

• 8:30am-5pm PST

Position Summary: Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this role is part of a high-performing sales team responsible for driving revenue, engaging prospective customers, and delivering best-in-class service. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-focused, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and lead conversion

• Qualify and manage inbound leads while maintaining consistent follow-up

• Educate customers on products and services to identify and secure sales opportunities

• Utilize upselling, cross-selling, and add-on sales strategies to increase revenue

• Maintain high call volume and build strong customer relationships

• Handle sensitive or complex customer interactions with professionalism and empathy

• Maintain accurate records and effectively use CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

• Stay current on product knowledge, training, and promotional offerings

• Collaborate internally and externally to support business objectives

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with strong closing and influencing skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess customer needs

• Bilingual skills are a plus
