ROLE IMPACT
This hybrid role supports both premium in-store customer experiences and accurate, timely order fulfillment. You will serve as a key point of contact for upscale clientele, host in-office mahjong game sessions, and ensure luxury products are properly prepared, packaged, and shipped. Success in this role means delivering white-glove service, creating an engaging and professional event atmosphere, and maintaining organized inventory and seamless operations—especially during high-traffic Mondays.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-level customer service to luxury retail clients during in-store events and daily sales interactions
• Host and facilitate mahjong games in-office, creating a welcoming and polished guest experience
• Assist with order pulling, product preparation, packaging, and shipping of high-value merchandise
• Support inventory receiving, organization, and stock handling in a small warehouse environment
• Maintain a professional presence while managing demanding or high-maintenance customers with confidence and composure

Minimum Qualifications
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing environments
• Professional, polished demeanor with the ability to confidently manage demanding clientele
• Ability to pass background check and customer service assessments

Equipment & Work Environment
• Retail showroom and small warehouse setting
• Hosting in-office mahjong events and client gatherings
• Handling luxury merchandise
• Fast-paced retail environment with peak activity on Mondays

Preferred Skills
• Experience hosting events or facilitating group activities
