Position Data Coordinator
Location Carrollton, TX | Hybrid (Onsite Tuesdays)
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $19/hour
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (8:00 AM–5:00 PM Tuesdays)
ROLE IMPACT
The Data Coordinator supports accurate and timely account setup and maintenance to ensure customers receive the medications their patients need. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity, resolving inquiries efficiently, and delivering a high standard of customer service across cross-functional teams. Success is measured by accuracy, responsiveness, and the ability to manage high-volume requests without rework.
• Key Responsibilities
• Process customer requests from multiple channels (email, chat, phone) related to account setup and maintenance
• Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Serve as a primary point of contact for account-related inquiries, resolving issues from start to finish
• Collaborate with internal departments including warehouse, sales, IT, customer support, and operations to ensure seamless resolution
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to leadership
• Minimum Qualifications
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
