Job Title: Member Services Representative

Job ID: 154946

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Starting Pay: $18.25/hr

Shifts: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm or 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (with an extra $1.00 shift differential)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, every 3rd Saturday

Hybrid: After 6 months (3 days in office, 2 remote)


Job Duties:

•    Deliver Exceptional Service: Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency. You’ll be the voice of our company, providing our members with timely, courteous, and personalized support.

•    Build Lasting Relationships: Be a dependable resource for our members by being available, offering products and services that meet their needs, and always putting them first.

•    Protect Our Members: Accurately verify identities, safeguard confidential information, and be vigilant against potential fraud or identity theft.

•    Resolve Conflicts: Manage member expectations, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every interaction.

•    Compliance and Integrity: Adhere to all Federal and State regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, and NCUA Privacy Regulations.


Required Experience:

•    1-2 years in a high-volume call center in a fast-paced environment.

•    Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a team-centric work ethic.

•    Dependability: Excellent attendance and the ability to handle the demands of a fast-paced work environment.
