• $19.00–$20.50 per hour
• Monday–Friday
• W2 employment
ROLE IMPACT
This position supports the integrity of inventory and financial records by ensuring all receiving documentation, inventory adjustments, and coding movements are processed accurately and on time. Success in this role means clean daily receiving batches, timely discrepancy resolution, and accurate system updates that support accounting, warehouse, pricing, and commercial operations.
• Key Responsibilities
• Review and sign off on daily receiving batches upon arrival from the warehouse
• Maintain the Arizona Daily Receiving Log and conduct bi-monthly log audits with resolution
• Number, audit, image, file, and archive daily receiving packets
• Identify discrepancies related to receiving and breakage versus claims; process below-threshold receiving and break adjustments
• Process inventory adjustments, code-to-code movements, and layer adjustments following Staff Accountant validation
• Log samples received into the distribution center (DC) warehouse and image transfer invoices
• Provide Bills of Lading (BOL) to receivers as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of general accounting experience (on-the-job or formal education)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with accurate data entry and 10-key by touch
• Equipment & Work Environment
• Office and warehouse collaboration environment
• Frequent computer-based data entry and document imaging
• Interaction with warehouse and accounting teams in a fast-paced setting
