CornerStone Staffing is currently hiring for a Bilingual Account Representative for a leading company in Fort Worth!

 

Job Title: Bilingual Account Representative (English/Spanish)

Duration: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hr (based on experience)

Once Hired Perm:

• $600 Sign-On Bonus

• Monthly Bonus Opportunities: $200–$400 per month

• Overtime Available

Schedule (Must Be Flexible):

• 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (start times: 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, or 1 PM)

• Must be flexible to work up to 2 Saturdays per month

 

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76137 (Onsite)

 

Job Description:

As an Account Representative, you will assist customers with past-due auto loan accounts by identifying the cause of delinquency and working toward resolution through negotiation, payment plans, and alternative solutions. This role operates in a high-energy, high-volume call center environment handling both inbound and outbound calls.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle early-stage and delinquent account collections

• Contact customers to secure payments and resolve account issues

• Negotiate payment arrangements and develop solutions to bring accounts current

• Manage a high volume of outbound calls, with inbound support as needed

• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat

• Complete timely follow-ups to meet account goals and compliance standards

• Accurately document all customer interactions

• Perform skip tracing to locate and contact customers

 

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1+ year of recent customer service experience (collections preferred)

• Relevant backgrounds may include: collections/accounts receivable, call center, retail, food service, or healthcare/medical customer service

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED

• Ability to remain professional and solution-focused during challenging calls
