Customer Service Representative
Location Denton, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $22.00–$26.00 per hour (based on experience)
• 40 hours per week
• W2 Contract – 12 months
• Full-time, Monday–Friday


ROLE IMPACT
This role ensures seamless customer experience by managing order intake, resolving supply chain issues, and maintaining accurate documentation across systems. Success is defined by fast response times, accurate data management, and proactive issue resolution that prevents disruptions in production, logistics, and invoicing. This position directly supports operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer requests via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
• Troubleshoot supply chain issues across order entry, production, logistics, and invoicing
• Provide clear, accurate communication regarding order status, delays, and resolutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and case updates in Salesforce
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prevent recurring service issues


Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience in a corporate or supply chain environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly


Core Tools & Systems
• Microsoft Office (Excel required; Outlook and Teams)
• SAP (enterprise resource planning / ERP system)
• Salesforce (CRM – Customer Relationship Management platform)
• PDF editing software


Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting order management or supply chain operations
• High attention to detail with ability to process large volumes of data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
