HR Generalist
This HR Generalist will provide critical day-to-day operational support during a major back-office integration project. While senior HR team members are engaged in workshops, this role ensures continuity across benefits, payroll support, onboarding, compliance, and employee inquiries. Success is defined by strong follow-through, accuracy, and the ability to independently manage transactional HR functions in a hybrid environment.
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76109 | Hybrid (Mon & Fri Remote | Tues–Thurs Onsite)
Compensation & Schedule:
• $29.00–$32.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule: Remote Mondays & Fridays; Onsite Tuesdays–Thursdays
• 6+ Month Contract (project-based)
• W2 employment
Key Responsibilities:
• Support benefits administration, including enrollment assistance and employee inquiries
• Provide payroll support in partnership with internal team members
• Respond to HR quality assurance inquiries and direct employees appropriately
• Manage onboarding tasks, documentation, and new hire coordination
• Maintain compliance activities, including labor law postings, audits, and filing
• Perform administrative duties and ensure timely follow-up on all assigned tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles with heavy transactional responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Experience working in HR systems; ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Document management and compliance tracking systems
Preferred Skills:
• Experience supporting benefits and payroll functions simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Professional communication skills for employee-facing support
