COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
•$20-$25/hr based on experience
• Monday–Friday 7:50 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
• Full-time | W2

ROLE IMPACT
The Corporate Receptionist serves as the professional first impression for visitors, clients, and employees at a fast-growing company in the airline catering and hospitality industry. This position ensures seamless communication, visitor management, and front-office coordination that supports daily business flow. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional customer service, demonstrates reliability, and maintains a calm, organized presence in a dynamic corporate environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and direct all guests with professionalism, warmth, and hospitality
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor communications promptly and accurately
• Maintain an organized, welcoming reception area and oversee guest badge and sign-in procedures
• Provide administrative support for leadership, meetings, and event coordination including catering logistics and materials preparation
• Assist with internal communications and general office coordination to support smooth daily operations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 4-5 years of receptionist experience (ideally in a corporate office environment)
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; data entry experience required
• Must reside within 30 miles of Irving, TX

• High School Diploma or equivalent

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Canva (desirable)
• Visitor Management Systems
• Email and Scheduling Platforms

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational and multi-tasking abilities
