Warehouse Associate II
Location Allen, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $18.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Temp to Hire
ROLE IMPACT
The Warehouse Associate II plays a critical role in maintaining efficient material flow and inventory accuracy within a fast-paced distribution environment. This position supports daily inbound and outbound operations while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Success in this role is defined by operational efficiency, inventory integrity, and consistent execution with minimal supervision.
• Receive, stock, load, and unload materials and finished goods
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support daily operations
• Perform picking, packing, kitting, and shipping functions
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and warehouse management system (WMS) updates
• Support workflow improvements and assist in training entry-level warehouse associates
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience
• Proven experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control systems, RF scanners
• Fast-paced warehouse environment with standing, walking, lifting, and material movement throughout the shift
Preferred Skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to analyze information and resolve discrepancies
• Basic computer skills for transaction processing and recordkeeping
