Location -
Remote (Must reside in TX, AZ, GA, TN, FL, NC or SC)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $20.70 per hour
• Monday - Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST
• Rotational Saturday once per month: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. EST

• W2, temp to hire
• Start Date: May 18, 2026

 

ROLE IMPACT: The Customer Service Representative supports increased service volume by delivering timely, accurate resolution to customer inquiries across multiple business segments. This role ensures customer satisfaction by resolving first- and second-tier issues, maintaining compliance standards, and coordinating with internal teams to drive efficient issue resolution. Success is defined by responsiveness, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and information security procedures.

Key Duties
• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and requests in call center and non-call center environments
• Resolve first- and second-tier inquiries related to accounts, billing, orders, policy or transaction support
• Verify customer identity and account information; document interactions in system logs and reports
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or field teams and track through resolution
• Perform order fulfillment, billing coordination, data entry, and proactive outreach as needed

Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of customer service or client support experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized data entry systems required

• Must have a reliable internet connection

• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: TX, AZ, GA, TN, FL, NC or SC

Equipment & Work Environment

• Client will provide the equipment for your WFH set up
• Extended periods of computer use and phone-based customer interaction
• Must adhere to compliance and information security policies

Preferred Skills
• Experience handling escalations and complex customer issues
• Strong problem-solving and proactive communication skills
• Familiarity with billing resolution, order processing, or cross-functional coordination
