Compensation & Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• W2 | Temp to hire
ROLE IMPACT
This role supports operational compliance and family communication by maintaining accurate records and processing education-related documentation. Success is defined by accuracy, responsiveness, and adherence to privacy protocols in support of children’s educational services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Enter, audit, and verify student data using Excel and internal systems
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with state and federal standards
• Respond to parent inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain meticulous records aligned with privacy laws (FERPA, HIPAA)
• Support internal teams by keeping documentation and student profiles up to date
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year in data entry, auditing, or compliance-based clerical roles
• Background in customer service, especially in regulated industries
• Proven accuracy in high-volume or detail-driven environments
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks or data privacy requirements
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Excel
• Outlook or equivalent email system
• CRM, SIS, or data management platforms
• Document workflow tools
• Internal compliance and tracking systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in education or school systems
• Bilingual fluency
• Knowledge of FERPA, HIPAA, or auditing protocols
