COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $17.00–$21.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• W2 – Temporary (8-week assignment, potential for extension)
ROLE IMPACT
This role supports daily production and warehouse operations to ensure materials are handled accurately, safely, and on time. Success is defined by consistent attendance, quality work output, and adherence to safety and productivity standards. The position plays a key part in meeting shipment timelines and maintaining organized, efficient workflows.
Key Duties
• Perform light industrial tasks including assembly, packaging, labeling, and material handling
• Inspect products for quality and report defects or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
• Follow written and verbal instructions to meet daily production goals
• Assist with inventory movement and basic warehouse support as needed
Minimum Qualifications
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Equipment & Work Environment
• Use of basic hand tools and light production equipment
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Repetitive hand movements and light lifting
• Warehouse or production floor environment
Preferred Skills
• Previous experience in warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing settings
• Familiarity with basic quality inspection processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
